Refund Policy

Operational Optimization & Flow (OOFLOW)

OOFLOW provides digital consulting services, operational infrastructure planning, and ecommerce growth advisory programs.

Because our services involve digital strategy, intellectual property, and consulting time, the following refund policy applies.

1. Three-Day Review Period

Clients may request a refund within three (3) calendar days of purchase provided that:

  • No onboarding session has occurred

  • No strategic consultation has taken place

  • No implementation work has begun

Refund requests submitted within this window will be reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

2. Fulfillment of Digital Services

Once onboarding, strategy sessions, planning, or implementation has begun, the service is considered digitally fulfilled.

Due to the nature of consulting and intellectual services, payments are non-refundable after fulfillment has started.

This policy exists because the program includes:

  • Strategic planning

  • Operational frameworks

  • Marketplace infrastructure development

  • Training sessions and advisory guidance

These services are delivered immediately once engagement begins.

3. Inventory Purchases

Inventory purchases are non-refundable once ordered or shipped, as these items are sourced specifically for the client’s marketplace operations.

4. Billing Disputes

Clients agree to contact OOFLOW directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving issues in good faith and providing reasonable support to our partners.

5. Program Results

OOFLOW provides consulting and strategic support services. While we provide guidance and systems designed to support ecommerce growth, individual results will vary and are not guaranteed.
